Yamuna© encompasses both Yamuna Body Rolling (YBR)© and Yamuna Foot Fitness (YFF)©, which will both be incorporated into each class. A major goal of Yamuna© is to reorganize the body structure to improve function. Yamuna© can benefit and support the body in many areas including, but not limited to body alignment, circulation, muscle release, range of motion, and flexibility. Yamuna is beneficial for all adult ages and levels of fitness.
This class will be for beginners who are new to Yamuna©. The equipment needed for class will be provided for you. For those who have previously practiced Yamuna©, please feel free to bring your own equipment to class to maximize the number of individuals who can participate in a class and benefit from this practice. Class participant numbers will be limited due to equipment availability.

Doors open 15 minutes before class begins and LOCK two minutes before class begins for safety and security.
Students should wear comfortable clothing for movement and, if desired, bring a water bottle. Wellspring has some mats for student use, and blocks, bolsters, blankets and straps for all students.
For the comfort of all, please refrain from using perfume or heavily scented products before class.
We strongly encourage all students to leave cell phones outside of the studio; any phones in the building must be silenced or off.
We strongly encourage all students to stay for the entire class, early departures can disrupt the flow of class for teachers and other students. For those on a tight schedule, departing quietly as the rest of the class transitions to shivasana (resting pose) is a great option.
