Yoga for the Stages of Menopause

The needs of the body and mind change during the stages of menopause. We’ll learn ways to use the tools of yoga – both on and off the mat – to help you tune into your body and find peace in a time of turmoil.  This workshop is experiential; it will involve education on the stages of menopause, group discussion, and gentle movement as we explore and recognize the wisdom of our bodies.

This event is open to all, but particularly aimed at women from the Late Reproductive Stage (still having regular periods, but things are starting to feel “wonky”) through Post-Menopause (haven’t had a monthly period in over a year).

The instructor for this class is Susan Running, certified Yoga for the Stages of Menopause teacher.

Yoga for the Stages of Menopause
